A plain-language explanation of what a Founding Beta application shares, why we ask, and how you can contact us.
01. Who this notice covers
This notice covers episyne.com, its public pages and the Founding Beta application only. It does not cover a signed-in Episyne account, connected repositories, payment or the production SaaS service. Additional notices and agreements will be presented before those activities begin.

03. Purposes and legal bases
We handle invitations and beta-fit communication as steps requested by you before potentially using the product (pre-contractual measures where applicable). We use minimal security signals and aggregated measurement to operate and protect the website; a legitimate-interest assessment may be appropriate depending on the final jurisdiction and deployment. Optional marketing messages require a separate opt-in; declining them does not affect your application. The applicable legal bases will be documented in the effective notice before public data collection.
Filling the form does not create an account or add you to an unrelated newsletter.
04. Where data goes
When applications open, the form will send submissions to our first-party endpoint for storage in a dedicated Cloudflare D1 database. Cloudflare Turnstile handles spam verification; Cloudflare edge services may process connection/request information under their applicable terms. Our separate first-party analytics stores only daily event counts grouped by coarse campaign and application track; no email or code is sent as an analytics property.
Cloudflare services may process data outside Brazil. Applicable transfer safeguards and processing locations will be included in the effective notice. We do not sell applicant data.
05. Retention, corrections and deletion
Founding Beta applications are intended to be kept for up to 180 days, unless a longer period is justified by law or a request you make. Before public collection begins, we will verify the operational deletion process, backup lifecycle and the final retention notice.
You may request access, correction, withdrawal of optional marketing updates or deletion by emailing privacy@episyne.com. We may need to verify that you control the email address before disclosing or changing a record; applicable legal retention exceptions may apply.
06. Your privacy choices
Depending on applicable law, including Brazil’s LGPD, you may have rights to access, confirmation, correction, information about sharing and deletion where appropriate. Marketing opt-in may be withdrawn independently. A decision not to opt into product news will not influence your Founding Beta application.
Our public site does not need third-party advertising cookies for the planned application flow. We do not turn on non-essential analytics or advertising cookies without first reviewing their purpose and providing required choices.
07. Contact and updates

This notice is not yet in effect. The public application will remain closed until the operator, contact channels and data-handling information are confirmed.
